The Western Canada Sports Collectors Convention returns to Langley Events Centre from November 14 to 16, bringing together sports fans, memorabilia enthusiasts, and collectors for one of the premier events of its kind in Western Canada.
This year’s lineup features a mix of hockey history and next-generation talent, headlined by former Vancouver Canucks captain and franchise legend Stan Smyl, along with members of the expansion Vancouver Goldeneyes of the PWHL: Ashton Bell, Emerance Maschmeyer, Gabby Rosenthal, Hannah Miller, Izzy Daniel, Jenn Gardiner, and Michelle Karvinen.
Organized by Bossa Productions with autograph sessions courtesy of Premium Autographs, the three-day event will feature 400 vendor tables showcasing an incredible range of collectibles — from trading cards and autographed memorabilia to vintage treasures and rare sports items.
Fans will have the opportunity to meet Smyl and the PWHL Vancouver players during scheduled autograph sessions (times to be announced), offering a unique chance to connect with both a Canucks legend and some of the brightest stars in women’s professional hockey.
“The mix of established hockey greats and the next generation of stars makes this edition of the convention one of our most exciting yet,” said event promoter Dale Novakowski. “Whether you’re chasing a rare card, adding to your collection, or just enjoying the atmosphere, this event has something for everyone.”
Whether you’re a seasoned collector or just starting out, the Western Canada Sports Collectors Convention offers a one-of-a-kind opportunity to discover rare items, connect with fellow enthusiasts, and celebrate the game’s past, present, and future.
In addition to the impressive guest lineup, the event will feature corporate participation from industry leaders including Upper Deck, Zephyr Epic, Heritage Auctions, PSA, Beckett, TGA, Ultra Pro, Panther Group, UDA, and more.
