Administration Office

The Langley Events Centre Administration Office is located inside Gate 1 on the northwest side of the facility. Call 604-882-8800 every day from 8:30AM-9:30PM or email info@tfse.ca for inquiries. 

Address

Langley Events Centre is located at 7888 200 Street, Langley, BC, V2Y 3J4.

Alcohol

Alcohol is available at various locations within Langley Events Centre, during some of our events or bookings. All patrons who appear under the age of 30 will be required to show two pieces of valid identification. Alcohol will be served to a maximum of 24 oz. per person, per transaction.  Langley Events Centre reserves the right to refuse the sale or service of alcoholic beverages to anyone.

For the comfort and safety of everyone our guests, employees, and event participants, unacceptable conduct is subject to eviction or possible arrest and includes, but is not limited to the following: 

• Intoxication or impairment due to alcohol 

• Being in possession of alcohol not purchased inside of Langley Events Centre 

• Being a minor in possession of alcohol or providing alcohol to a minor

Allergies

Langley Events Centre is happy to accommodate guests with food allergies or medical conditions that require a specific type of food or beverage. Guests can call 604-882-8800 or email foodservices@tfse.ca for information.

All-In Pricing

All facility rentals, arena kiosk merchandise, ticketing and food and beverage prices include all applicable taxes, 3rd party fees and transaction fees.

Animals

Trained service animals are welcome at Langley Events Centre to provide assistance to guests. All service animals must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times. The service animal is required to rest in the seating area of the guest, not in the aisle. All other animals are prohibited.

ATM’s

ATM’s can be found on Level 3 (Concourse) near section O and I, and inside Gate 1 near Administration.

Audio/Video

Over the course of events and games at Langley Events Centre, lighting levels can change frequently and without warning (including but not limited to: sudden darkness, flashing lights, changes in colour.)
In addition, noise levels from both facility sound systems and other fans can reach high levels, if ear protection is required, ear plugs are available at guest services.

  • Both Family Washrooms located near Suite 21

  • Men’s Washroom located near Suite 11

  • Women’s Washroom located near Suite 11

Building B

  • Family Washroom located near First Aid

Bags

​For the comfort and safety of our guests, employees, and event participants, all bags are subject to search prior to entry of Langley Events Centre. 

Bags that are larger than 14” x 14” x 6” (35cm x 35cm x 15cm) will not be permitted within Langley Events Centre, subject to event restrictions. Bags include but are not limited to; backpacks, luggage, duffel bags, oversized purses and any bags that are larger than 14” x 14” x 6” (35cm x 35cm x 15cm). Guests will be required to return their bags to their vehicles or another secure area, if larger than the permitted dimensions prior to entry. Langley Events Centre is not responsible for the secure storage of personal items. Bags permitted are subject to search prior to entry of Langley Events Centre.

Camera Policies

Please be aware that during a Langley Events Centre event, there will be recordings and still images taken of the action and the fans. Guests voluntarily agree to authorize the use of said images and recording by entering the facility.

Professional cameras (cameras with a detachable lens) are not permitted inside the Langley Events Centre during ticketed events unless authorized in advance by a member of the Langley Events Centre staff.  If staff feel that a camera is being used in an inappropriate manner, it is at their discretion to prohibit photography.

Children Admission

Children under 24-months of age are welcome without a separate ticket of admission as long as they remain on the lap of an accompanying adult for the duration of the event. Children over 24-months of age require a separate ticket and must sit in their ticketed seat for safety and for the consideration of those seated around them.

Concessions

Concession stands are located throughout the Langley Events Centre. All permanent concession stands accept cash, debit, MasterCard, Visa and American Express. ATMs are readily available in each of our facilities. Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the Langley Events Centre.

50/50

50/50 is available for all Vancouver Giants, Fraser Valley Bandits games and some additional events.

First Aid

There are three first aid locations inside the Langley Events Centre; the first is located on Level 1 (main lobby) across from dressing room #5. The second is located on Level 3 (main concourse) of the LEC Arena Bowl at the South East corner. The third is located inside Building B.

Forms of Payment

Langley Events Centre accepts Cash, Debit, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. ATM’s are readily available.

In's and Out's

Langley Events Centre, subject to event restrictions, does not allow in-and-out privileges during ticketed events

Exceptions will be made for guests with emergency or medical purposes under extenuating circumstances or at the discretion of facility management. For events that are subject to the exception, guests of the event will be made aware when entering the facility.

Lost & Found

Please inquire at Guest Services located on Level 3 (Concourse) near section S (during games only) or call Administration at 604-882-8800 or info@tfse.ca.

After 30 days, items may be donated to non-profit charity organizations or disposed of at the discretion of Langley Events Centre.

Vancouver Giants Team Store

The Vancouver Giants Team Store is located near Gate 3 on the west side of the facility. Guests attending a Vancouver Giants game can also access the merchandise kiosks on Level 3 (Concourse) near Section P and G and at the top of Gate 2.

Outside Food & Beverage

​Outside food and beverages are not allowed in the Langley Events Centre.

Parking

Free parking is located all around the Langley Events Centre.

​

There are a limited number of accessible parking spots available near Gate 3 and 7. It is recommended that you arrive as early as possible to secure an accessible parking spot.

​

Electric Parking is located near Gate 4.

Prohibited Items

For the comfort and safety of our guests, employees, and event participants, we have a list of items that are prohibited within Langley Events Centre. 

The following items are prohibited within Langley Events Centre: 

• outside food or beverage* 

• bottles, cans, glass, or coolers 

• illegal drugs, alcohol, or noxious substances 

• weapons of any kind** 

• audio, camera and video recording devices 

• backpacks, luggage, duffle bags, oversized purses* 

• banner sticks, flagpoles, or selfie sticks* 

• lacrosse sticks or hockey sticks* 

• pets other than service animals 

• helium balloons 

• artificial noise making devices, air horns 

• skateboards 

• rollerblades 

• laser pointers List is subject to change at the discretion of facility management. 

*Subject to event restrictions. **Weapons of any kind, including but not limited to guns, knives, ammunition, explosives, pepper spray and mace

Refunds and Exchanges

There are no refunds or exchanges, unless otherwise specified by Langley Events Centre.

Smoking

Langley Events Centre is a smoke-free environment.

Strollers

Strollers are not permitted within the seating area of Langley Events Centre. Guests are able to check their stroller at Guest Services located near section S.

Ticketing

Tickets at Langley Events Centre are available at the Administration Office inside Gate 1 on the northwest side of the facility, or call 604-882-8800, or purchase online on Showpass.

Ticket Office

The Ticket Offices are located outside Gate 1 on the northwest side of the facility and outside Gate 8 of Building B. The Ticket Office is open only for events.

Ticket Terms and Conditions

Ticket holder acknowledges all risks incidental to any game or event for which this ticket is issued, whether occurring before, during or after the game or event, and hereby agrees to assume the same. Expulsion cancels this ticket and the holder thereupon forfeits all claims, including any claim to a refund of the ticket price. Tickets deemed lost or stolen will not be honored. Admission is subject to compliance with applicable laws, bylaws, regulations and facility or arena rules (“The Rules”). Failure to comply with the Rules may result in non-admission or expulsion. In conformance with the Rules, illegal drugs, outside food & beverage, including alcohol, cameras, and recording devices, are excluded from the premises. Smoking is not permitted in the facility, and bags or containers of any kind may be excluded from the premises. Holder consents to a reasonable examination of his/her person and effects to ensure compliance. Price shown is inclusive of all taxes and facility charges where applicable. There are no in and privileges. Without the express written consent of the producers, no ticket sold shall be resold, given away, or disposed of by the purchaser in connection with any promotion by the purchaser of any products or services whatsoever or for any other commercial purpose. The ticket holder consents to the use of his/her image likeness incidental to any transmission or reproduction of event.

Washrooms

Washrooms are located throughout Langley Events Centre. Please ask any Langley Events Centre staff for the nearest location.

Water Bottles

Empty plastic and stainless-steel water bottles are welcome inside Langley Events Centre. As well, bottled water is available at most concessions with the option to refill after purchase at a water fountain.

Water Fountains

Fountains are located On Level 3 (Concourse) near Section S and I, inside Gate 1 near Administration, in the Skate Shop, as well as in Building B.
