Holiday Festival on Ice Adds Osmond

Nov 26, 2012

With the holiday season in full swing, the Langley Events Centre is just days away from hosting some of the worlds’ best figure skaters for the Holiday Festival on Ice, happening December 1 at 7:00pm.

Kurt Browning, Elvis Stojko, Joannie Rochette and recent Skate Canada Hall of Fame inductee, Jeffrey Buttle, will be performing in a 90 minute holiday themed show on the ice at the LEC in what promises to be one of the most unique and anticipated events to come to the facility since its opening in 2009. In addition to the aforementioned figure skating superstars, the event has just added a rising star to the cast as Kaetlyn Osmond has replaced Nicole Bobek in the lineup.

Osmond, from Sherwood Park, Alberta has been progressing rapidly up the skating radar having recently won the Skate Canada International in addition to placing at numerous other high profile events. It will be a great chance to see one of Canada’s rising stars. For a full roster of who will be performing, please visit www.langleyeventscentre.com

Tickets for the event are still available and can be purchased at www.ticketmaster.ca or at the LEC Ticket Office
