Tickets On Sale Thursday for U-23 Pan Am Cup at LEC

After winning back to back National titles, the TWU Spartans Men’s Volleyball team is prepared to take on the world this fall at the LEC and you can get your tickets to watch them as early as this Thursday (August 23) at 11:00AM. Tickets will go on sale for the 2012 U-23 Pan American Men’s Volleyball Cup as the Spartans, representing Canada, will take on U-23 National teams from Argentina, Brazil, Dominican Republic, Mexico and Venezuela.

Ticket Prices and Packages are as follows:

ROUND ROBIN (Tuesday to Saturday)
Adult $15.00
Child (12 and under) $7.00
TWU Students $10.00
Youth (13 to 18 years old) $10.00

CHAMPIONSHIP SUNDAY
Adult $18.00
Child (12 and under) $10.00
TWU Students $13.00
Youth (13 to 18 years old) $13.00

FULL EVENT PASS
Adult $75.00
Child (12 and under) $36.00
TWU Students $50.00
Youth (13 to 18 years old) $50.00

Ticket prices do not include taxes or applicable service charges. All tickets are available atwww.ticketmaster.ca or by calling 1.855.985.5000. Alternatively, you can pick yours up at the LEC Team Store, located just south of Gate 2 at the Langley Events Centre.

There will be three games per day held in the LEC Arena Bowl during the Round Robin and on Championship Sunday and one ticket will be valid for all three games that day. Game times will be 4:00PM, 6:00PM and 8:00PM during the Round Robin and 1:00PM, 3:00PM and 5:00PM on the Sunday, with the 5:00PM game being the Gold Medal game.

Groups of twenty or more receive a discount on their tickets and there is also fundraising opportunities available for groups who would like to utilize the event to help generate revenue for their groups, schools or teams. The six-day tournament will give fans an opportunity to see some of the best up-and-coming volleyball players in the Americas. With five of the six attending countries having senior teams currently in the FIVB World Rankings, including No. 1 ranked Brazil, the event will have on display some of the best volleyball this province has ever seen.
