Game 6 of Stanley Cup Finals Live on Big Screen at Langley Events Centre

Jun 13, 2011

The Langley Events Centre will once again open its doors to air the Stanley Cup Finals tonight at 5pm. Admission is FREE, although fans are encouraged to make donations in support of KidSport Langley, on their way in. The Canucks first chance to clinch the franchise’s first NHL championship will be shown on all the televisions on the concourse as well as the LEC’s four sided video screen at centre ice.

Friday was the first time this series that the LEC has opened its doors and the fan turnout was great. There will be some added entertainment during the intermissions as the Langley Thunder and Langley Rivermen will be in attendance with some goodies for the fans.

Doors for the game will open at 4:00pm, with concessions opening at the same time. We hope to see a strong crowd to show their community support for our local NHL team! Any questions regarding the airing of the game at the Langley Events Centre can be directed to Jared Harman, Director of Business Development.
