If you are having troubles with 'Buffering' please change the bitrate at which you are streaming.  To do so:

In the bottom right hand of the screen you will see the text 'HIGH' when you mouse over; if you scroll over that, you will see a '240' pop up below, please click on the 240 and this will stream the game at a lower bitrate alleviating the buffer problems.  Thank you.
